TULUM INCLUDES:

Acces and guided visit to the archaeological site of Tulum (duration: 2 h).

Certified bilingual guide.

XEL HA INCLUDES:

All-inclusive admission to Xel-Ha Park (from midnight).

Buffet lunch, unlimited drinks, and a national open bar.

Aquatic activities and tours of gardens and paths.

Use of the snorkel equipment with a free tube (requires a refundable deposit of USD 20).

Rest areas, hammocks, and lounge chairs.

Lockers, changing rooms, toilets, showers, and towels.

XEL HA DOES NOT INCLUDE:

All the optional activities like Swim with the Dolphin, Sea Trek, Adrenalina, Spa, Snuba, etc

CANCELLATIONS AND BOOKINGS POLICY 

• Prices are in USD or CAN Dollars. Some tours require full payment at the time of booking 
• Our company does not cancel the tour because of the rain, this can be done only by the supplier
•  If our supplier cancels  your activities, you will receive a full refund without penalty
• If you don’t show up without previous notification to us you will not get a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Canada Transfers, not with suppliers.
• For cancelation or reschedule without penalty, call us at least before 6:00 pm on the day before the tour
• Refunds will be made within 24 hrs.or less
