What is Included Parasailing 

Parasailing Tour
Free access to the beach club with non-alcoholic drinks and selected food menu.
Round trip transportation from the most central hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos and Riviera Maya, to Dreams Tulum.
Bilingual guide in English and Spanish.

What is Not Included Parasailing

Use of locker - Additional cost.
Dock tax $15 USD per person, paid directly at check-in.

Regulations of Parasailing 

Approximate total duration 60 min.
Minimum age to fly 8 years 45 kg / 99 lb.
Maximum weight to fly 140 kg / 308 lbs.
Flights can be 1, 2 or up to 3 people.
Basic swimming skills are required to participate in this tour.
For your safety, if your mobility is limited, you have back problems, a recent surgery or you are pregnant, we recommend that you consider some other less impactful activity.
Being under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs is an impediment to your participation.
We reserve the right to organize the order of activities, for logistics, comfort and security of the clients.

Cancelation policies of Parasailing

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
