INCLUDES: All our packages in Isla Mujeres to swim with dolphins have include lunch and drinks and beach towels as well as lockers to keep your personal belongs

IMPORTANT: The programs to swim with dolphins in Xcaret and Xelha includes pick up and drop off at your hotel, but does not include the admission fees to both parks.

DOES NOT INCLUDE: The packages to swim with dolphins in Isla Mujeres does not have round trip transportation to the pier and you have to pay 8us per person for the pier tax

RECOMMENDATIONS: Bring extra money for souvenirs and photos. Remember that tips are not included

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Our supplier offers safe, interactive swimming programs, requiring physical involvement of the participant, who should be in general good health and able to understand and follow directions as given by our trainers
• For safety reasons pregnant women with more than 5 months of pregnancy cannot participate in any of our Dolphin programs, if you have less than 5 months please let us know to assist you.
• Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult (both must purchase a ticket).
• For the safety of the swimmers, dolphins and Care Specialist, participants are asked not to bring video or photography camera

CANCELLATIONS AND BOOKINGS POLICY 

• Prices are in USD or CAN Dollars. Some tours require full payment at the time of booking 
• Our company does not cancel the tour because of the rain, this can be done only by the supplier
•  If our supplier cancels  your activities, you will receive a full refund without penalty
• If you don’t show up without previous notification to us you will not get a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Canada Transfers, not with suppliers.
• For cancelation or reschedule without penalty, call us at least before 6:00 pm on the day before the tour
• Refunds will be made within 24 hrs.or less.
