XEL HA PUBLIC TOUR

Travel to Xel ha a spectacular natural park, where you will live a day of adventure enjoying natural attractions, ecological and water. You can explore coves, caves, cenotes, mangroves and explore the tranquil river that borders the park comfortably in a floating tire. Simply a paradise for those who enjoy snorkeling and diving in unique natural environments.
While in receipt of cool activities you can take one of several tropical drinks and then you can go to our buffet or eat at one of our restaurants a la carte.

YOUR XELHA TOUR INCLUDES:

• Unlimited snorkeling.
• Buffet lunch and domestic open bar.
• Inner tubes for the river.
• Children’s World.
• Adventure World: aquatic zip-lines, five-meter high jumps, and different rope games.
• Areas of relaxation with hammocks and lounge chairs.

DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Optional activities such as Swim with Dolphins, Sea Trek, Adreanalina, Snuba, Spa Services.

CANCELLATIONS AND BOOKINGS POLICY 

• Prices are in USD or CAN Dollars. Some tours require full payment at the time of booking 
• Our company does not cancel the tour because of the rain, this can be done only by the supplier
•  If our supplier cancels  your activities, you will receive a full refund without penalty
• If you don’t show up without previous notification to us you will not get a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Canada Transfers, not with suppliers.
• For cancelation or reschedule without penalty, call us at least before 6:00 pm on the day before the tour
• Refunds will be made within 24 hrs.or less
